This was recovered from my recent encounter with the CTs in Catanduanes. This above mentioned recovery was a Permit to Campaign (PTC) card which was used by NPAs in extorting money from election candidates during election period. It states in its silly provision that this card serves as safe conduct of candidate and his campaigners in entering the specified guerilla territories (as if they have one) and allows them to post and distribute campaign materials and hold campaign meetings in covered areas (the latter territory) (*They really make me laugh, nice rules). The mint green color signifies card designation to Provincial Board Members and has an extortion sum of P50,000.00 for each card. It is really so funny that an elementary level individuals could make a piece of shit to price it up to such a large sum of money. As for me, this card is good as a bookmark . :))
Neophyte vs Regular.. result: neophyte won! I had just spent my leisure time for badminton in the sole gym of the province, with some regular and professional players. In spite the fact that it was just my second time (yes, second time!) to play a normal match of badminton, so fortunately, our team always won! I can’t really remember but if my guess is right I surmise I had played 10 straight matches, all undefeated! i don’t know if it’s a beginner’s luck but I can assure you, I’m sporty guy. I might not be always engaged in active sports but I haven’t abandon my title as SPEED!
